Our comfortable and cozy cabin is uniquely located on a private 2 acre estate, within walking distance to town and with easy low level access to the Wenatchee River. Enjoy elegant, comfortable accommodations & amenities in a mountain estate setting. Pass by the towering pines to one of the few sandy beaches on the Wenatchee River.

Rates for "Riverside Cabin"
- LOW SEASON (January 3rd to May 25th, September 6th to December 14th)
- Sunday-Wednesday Night: $400/night for 1-10 guests. $450/night for 11-14 guests
- Thursday - Saturday Night $450/night for 1-10 guests. $500/night for 11-14 guests
- *Low Season has minimum of 2 nights stay
- HIGH SEASON (May 26th to September 5th, December 15th to January 2nd)
- Sunday-Wednesday Night: $600/night for 1-10 guests. $650/night for 11-14 guests
- Thursday-Saturday Night: $650/night for 1-10 guests. $700 night for 11-14 guests.
- *High Season has minimum of 3 nights stay*
- ** For high season stays of 2 nights a cleaning fee of $200 will be charged**
- The following seasons and holidays are priced separately:
- $700/night for 1-10 guests. $800/night 11-14 guests
- *Memorial Day weekend (the last weekend in May)
- *Oktoberfest (the first 3 weekends in October)
- *Tree lighting ceremony (the first 3 weekends in December)
- *Thanksgiving and the following Friday and Saturday
- *The last 2 weeks of December and New Years Eve and Day
- RESERVATION PROCESS
- * Check for availability
- * Request a reservation
- * Reservation is secured with $400 damage deposit and signed contract
- * Preference is given to those staying 3 nights May-August and December
- * For Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years, preference given to 4 nights.
